Exceptional Report

  • To get the Loyalty report go to menu bar, select Loyalty Report’ which will be under Reports.

  • If click on that report, then it will move to new screen, where we need to select the ‘Exceptional Report’ Type as 6 fields Price Override, Void, Refund, Cancellation, Reprint, Clear items, ‘Location Name’, ‘Username’, ‘POS Name’, ‘Date Range’ and ‘Excel Report’ as shown in below screenshot.

  • As per selected report type the report will generate there is an option to select all report types.

  • If user select ALL, then below the Report Format.
