Online Order XL Upload

• In Masters excel there is an option called Online Order Excel upload. This XL is useful for uploading the orders.



• Once user clicks on Online Order XL upload option below screen will be displayed.Orders data can be uploaded via Load from excel option to proceed



Excel orders format

• Once Excel data is uploaded in the below format with coloumns names Champion Id, Champion Name, Champ Address, OrderNo, OrderDate, OrderID, SuborderID, SKUCode, SKUName, Weight, Quantity, HSNCode, Tax%, Cateogory, SupplierName, SupplierCode, SP, CP, TotalValue, CGST, SGST, IGST, CustomerMobile, Customer address.



• Once click on Save in case of any error it will show error message else it will save successfully.

In Billing

• Once user log in with username & password with credential below screen will display



• Once logged in successfully user should be able to see the below screen & click on search for list of champions.



• User should be able to select the single, multiple, or select all for a bill print as per the below screenshot.



• Once user clicks on print option bill is generated in the below format with following details -Supplier Name, Address, Champ ID, Bill No, Qty, MRP, HSN, SKU description, Customer details, CGST, SGST.
